Orders

We have tried to make the order process as simple as possible. Simply create an account and shop for the most beautiful pieces of eyewear.

How do I place an order?

It is simple. Please create an account where you would be able to check the order status at any time and proceed to checkout. It should not take you more than couple of minutes.

How do I find my order history?

You can always access your order history by simply logging into your account. In case you don’t have an access to your account, please feel free to give us a call or send us an email. We will be happy to help.

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders ship out within 24 hours of confirmation of payment for orders out of Lagos and same day when placed before 1 pm for orders within Lagos.

Can I expedite my order?

We are always happy to help. Please send us an email or give us a call and we will try our best to expedite your order.

Do you offer tracking information?

You should receive an email with the tracking information as soon as the order is shipped out.

Where i can find tracking information?

Tracking information is conveniently added to order history in your account.

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently use African Courier Express for nationwide delivery.

Is my package insured?

Yes, all our packages are insured.

Returns and Exchanges

You tried the glasses and you are not happy about them? No problem, you can return it within 7 days.

How can I return an order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the order please log in to your account and fill out the return request

What is 7 days return policy?

In order to complete a return please fill out a return request and send the package back to us. All returns must be made within 7 days from the original delivery date.

When should I expect a refund?

We usually process all returns within 48 hours after the package has been received at our warehouse. However, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

I’ve missed the returns deadline. May I still return the glasses?

All return requests should be processed within 7 days from the delivery. We won’t accept late return requests.

Are any products non-returnable?

Yes, and these products are clearly marked as not-returnable on the product page. Additionally, all sale items should be considered as final sale. Please note, contact lenses are not a subject to return.

Payments

We do accept all major debit cards.Cash On delivery is only accepted within Lagos. Payment information is protected by many layers of security to keep your information safe.

What payment options do you offer?

Please proceed with your order by choosing debit card or Bank Transfer as your preferred method of payment.

Can I pay with cash or Cheque?

No, we only accept debit cards, transfers and Cash as methods of payment.

Do you charge TAX?

Sales tax will be charged and it is 5% of the value of the product.

How do I know that the payment has been successful?

Once you have paid for your order, wait a few moments and your confirmation page should load automatically on your screen, followed by a confirmation email. If this doesn’t happen, please send us an email or give us a call.

What if my payment is declined?

An error message will automatically appear on your screen if your payment has been declined. Double check your details and try again. If the payment still hasn’t gone through, you should first try your card provider to ensure that there are no problems with your card; as if payment is declined we can’t check the card details.

Lenses

What material is used in your lenses?

Lens materials are made of either plasticor polycarbonate.Polycarbonate lenses are  far thinner and lighter than traditional plastic. Polycarbonate is the most impact-resistant material available and offers 100% UV protection..

What kind of lenses do you use in your sunglasses?

We are able to add polarized non-prescription lenses to most of our sunglasses. All of our polarized lenses are 100% UVA/UVB protected and scratch resistant. Polarized lenses help protect your eyes from the reflected light that comes off of water and road.

How do I care for my shades?

Wipe with micro fiber cleaning cloth and always keep them in the cleaning case when not in use

Contact Lenses

We offer great variety of most known and commonly used contact lenses to provide daily clarity for our customers.

What types of contact lenses are available?

We offer only fashion non prescription contact lenses. For prescription contact lenses please visit your optometrist to recommend for you.

Are contact lenses suitable for me?

Contact lenses can be a great choice for many people. New designs of contact lenses make contacts even more comfortable are more affordable than ever before. However, you should consult with your eye doctor regarding what type of contacts is best suitable for you.

What sort of eye problems can occur with contact lenses?

Occasionally you may experience mild discomfort or redness with your lenses. If discomfort is caused by a dirty, dusty or damaged lens, or by the lens being inside out, symptoms usually improve when the lens is removed. In case discomfort doesn’t disappear when the lens is removed please contact your doctor as soon as possible.

Are they Authentic?

All glasses sold on our website are authentic. All glasses come in its original box along with accessories.

How safe is my personal information?

We do not store any debit card information; you will have to enter your debit card number every time you make a purchase. As for your private information in your account, EyestyleOptique does not share any personal information with any third parties. You will only receive emails from us.

How Do You Prevent Fraud?

We deeply appreciate all our customers and would like to protect their information to the best of our ability. As we don’t know our customers in face, we have to follow several steps to prevent any possible fraud activity. We have to verify that not only the name but also the billing address, phone number and email address match the information the bank has associated with the form of payment the customer is using. We may contact our customers if we can’t verify this information. We don’t tolerate any fraud activity and constantly working on improving its’ identification and prevention methods.

What do i do if i need a repair?

Please email info@eyestyleng.comwith photos of the front, back and side of the damaged item so that we can assess if the frame is repairable and issue you a return
